When we discovered this gem of a toy, we knew life at School For The Dogs would never be the same. We'd long used Kongs, the old standby dog toy that can be stuffed with food, and we were used to watching dogs get frustrated when they couldn't get their tongues all the way inside them to reach the bottom. We also all knew the annoyance of trying to clean out their narrow ends. Another drawback was that they didn't really work with dry food.
Enter the Toppl. Made of rubber that's recyclable, latex-free, BPA-and-phthalate-free, and FDA compliant rubber, the Toppl is just as chew-resistant as that other toy, and comes with a lifetime warranty. Its wide mouth is perfectly dog-sized, with little rubber fingers at the bottom to keep food from falling out too easily. We like to stuff it with wet food or peanut butter, or both -- freeze it for an extra challenge!
But wait! There's more! The Toppl can also be used with dry food. Just fill the small-sized Toppl, and then stick the large one on top of it to create a fully contained vessel that can be batted around, with goodies falling out the small holes on each of the Toppls' sides.
