We are happy to offer free shipping throughout the US on all orders over $40. Orders under $40 will be subject to a $5 shipping charge.
For Canadian orders, there is a $30 minimum order and a $25 flat rate shipping fee (excluding Revol crates and other Diggs accessories-- more on that below).

When shipping Revol crates by Diggs and other Diggs items to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii, we ship via UPS; the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Revol crates, Groovs and Snooz pads shipped to these destinations come with a 30 day warranty, however the buyer will need to pay the cost of shipping in both directions.
Ruffwear items cannot be be shipped internationally.
International orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise noted, and may be subject to additional duty and/or broker fees that are not included in the purchase or shipping price and are to be paid by the purchaser.
- We make every effort to ship orders within 24-72 hours of being placed
- Transit times vary between 2-14 business days depending on delivery address
- If an item usually takes longer than 14 days to arrive, it is usually noted in the description
- Delivery time does not include Weekends or Holidays
We accept returns of most unused items within 30 days of receipt by customer. Items must be unopened, still have tags on it, etc. Buyer may drop off item at our NYC store or else may ship item to us at their own cost. Upon receipt of the item, we will refund the buyer the full cost of the item and will give account credit for the amount paid on return shipping. International shipping fees already paid are not refundable. Diggs items shipped internationally are not eligible for a refund.
With the exception of Front Range Harnesses, we are not able to accept returns of Ruffwear items that we carry, unless the item has a manufacturing or material defect. Returned Front Range Harnesses must be unused and still have tags. Items that have no material or manufacturing defects or have damage due to chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, modifications, or damage caused by chewing, abuse, fire, or normal wear and tear, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
No product we carry is indestructible, and therefore we cannot accept returns of products that have been damaged by a dog, with the exception of toys and other products by West Paw, which offers a lifetime guaranty on their items. To get a West Paw item replaced, mail your invoice along with the damaged West Paw items directly to West Paw.
