Mask appears sturdy and well made. It fits my Sheltie's nose very well, but wonder if I should have gotten one size bigger. My dog is big for her breed, but still has a pointy nose. At least it doesn't come off like the last mask did. And can easily shake snow off when she comes inside.

It is very lightweight which is great furor small dog. My only issue with the muzzle is that it does not have a clip fastening. This is a huge drawback. Otherwise- it is great.

I bought the muzzle for my dog for an upcoming visit to a new vet. It didn't get here in time, but once it did, it is as expected and packaged appropriately. The employee was nice on the phone when I called. I ordered it early on April 19th for a May 4th vet appt. The label was created right away, the employee I talked to confirmed that it had been packaged the same day. It didn't leave the store until after I called on the 23rd. After that the package seemed to have gotten caught on a conveyor belt or something. I received 5 emails that it left the same distribution center, but it never arrived anywhere. I finally received it on May 5th. I don't blame the entire delay on the store, but they did not follow up on the package after putting a label on it. If they had, it might have gotten here in time to at least attempt to get my dog accustom to it before the vet appointment. In desperation I ordered the wrong size from Chewy on the 29th, but in a rare delay it managed to arrive on the 4th rather than in 3 days or less. Between the two muzzles and my two dogs, there is one for each in case we need them, so I'm not going to worry about returning either one. I would order from them again if they have something I need and as long as I don't need it in a particular time frame. Mostly because I have my doubts about their local USPS distribution center and that's not something they can help. No pics because I'm still getting my dog used to wearing the muzzle and he won't wear it yet.
